Poor service for money
Positive: SHOCKING , I got to the property at 1am after a long flight from UK, the staff are never on site and there is no spare key as the security don’t work for people who own the apartment. I was locked out and couldn’t get in for almost 4 hours !!! And yet they won’t give me a refund for the first night. !! Imagine stepping of a plane for 8 hours and then can’t even get in your bed for another 4.
The staff didn’t help, they promised a manager to see me or call me and just lied.
Then there was a GAS shutdown so we couldn’t cook food !
The bed is nice and the gym and pool etc but don’t expect help from the staff they lie and say they will speak to manager do not !
