Could do better....
Positive: The location
Negative: Hinging on false advertisement when it said "easy access to the mall via a bridge." Left one assuming direct access, which wasn't the case. Similarly, the extra blanket smelt as though it had been left in storage for some time, and had just been forgotten about

Great Stay
Positive: Responsive customer service, very good location and near with the mall, at first day check in, we facing problem with access card and stove, but lucky we can use the access, big TV and comfy couch.
Negative: Overall ok, however maybe you need to add more on utensil and kitchen accessories.
Cleaning by request is expensive, for 2 weeks stay you will not get a new towel.
